What is included before I upgrade?

Each Google account starts with 3 report runs. A report run is counted each time you run reports from the menu (or click Run Report in the Create report sidebar). After 3 runs, you will see an upgrade prompt. Scheduling requires a paid plan. See Usage limits.

How do I upgrade?

In Google Sheets, click Ad Manager in the menu bar, then Upgrade Account and choose Monthly or Lifetime. See Billing and upgrades.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes. Email support@simplemetrics.xyz from the same email you used at checkout and we will help you cancel.

What if I paid twice accidentally?

Please contact support@simplemetrics.xyz and we will help.

Using Ad Manager Connector

Do I need an API key?

No. Ad Manager Connector works without you bringing your own API key.

Where are report results written?

Report results are written into your Google Sheet, typically into a dedicated tab for each report.

Which Ad Manager account do I connect?

You connect the Google account that has access to the Ad Manager network you want to report on.

Can I refresh a report later?

Yes. Save a report configuration, then re-run it anytime. See Run and refresh reports.

Can I schedule reports?

Yes. You can set up scheduled runs for recurring reports. See Schedule reports.

Is my data used for model training?

No. Your data is not used for model training.

Troubleshooting

I cannot find the Ad Manager menu in Google Sheets. What do I do?

Confirm the add-on is installed, refresh the Google Sheets tab, and make sure you are signed into the same Google account that installed it. See Getting started.

I see an upgrade prompt or cannot run reports. How do I fix it?

You may have reached the usage limit. In Google Sheets, click Ad Manager in the menu bar, then Upgrade Account. Complete checkout and click Refresh access. See Usage limits.

The upgrade button is stuck on loading. How do I fix it?

Allow pop-ups from https://docs.google.com so Stripe checkout can open. See Allow pop-ups for payments.

I have multiple Google accounts signed in. Can that affect billing?

Yes. Try signing out of other accounts, then retry using the account you used for the subscription.
