Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Simple Metrics Ltd (“SimpleMetrics”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use our website (connector.simplemetrics.xyz) and our Google Sheets add-on (“Ad Manager Connector”).

What we collect

Website analytics

We use a privacy-focused analytics tool to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited and how visitors navigate). This typically includes technical and usage information such as page URL, referrer, device and browser information, and approximate usage metrics.

Email subscriptions

If you submit our email subscription form, we collect your email address and basic request metadata (for example, timestamp and source/path) so we can send product updates and manage unsubscribes.

Ad Manager Connector add-on

The add-on runs inside your Google environment (Google Sheets and Google Apps Script). Report configurations are stored in your spreadsheet, and report results are written into your spreadsheet.

Usage and licensing data: we store identifiers and counters needed to enforce usage limits and determine whether your license is active (for example, a user-scoped token, upgrade status, and report run counters).
CRM identification: the add-on may send your email address once to our CRM endpoint (https://simplemetrics.xyz/api/subscribe) with a source tag (ad-manager-connector) so we can operate support and billing and improve the product.

How we use information

Provide and maintain the website and the add-on.
Process billing and manage licenses (monthly subscription or lifetime license).
Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
Respond to support requests.
Send product updates if you subscribe, and honor unsubscribe requests.
Understand product usage and improve the site and add-on.

How we share information

We do not sell personal data.

We share data only as needed to operate the service, including:

Google: the add-on runs on Google Workspace infrastructure and uses Google APIs to access Ad Manager and Sheets.
Stripe: payment processing for paid plans. We do not store full payment card details.
Analytics provider: to measure site usage.
Infrastructure providers: hosting and delivery for the website and related endpoints.

Data retention

Website analytics: retained for a period appropriate to understand site usage and improve the site.
Email subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Add-on usage and licensing data: retained while you use the add-on, and may persist unless you request deletion.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in the email.
Access and deletion: you can request access to, or deletion of, personal data we hold by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
