Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between Simple Metrics Ltd (“SimpleMetrics”, “we”, “us”) and you.

The service

SimpleMetrics provides a Google Sheets add-on that helps you pull Google Ad Manager reporting data into Google Sheets (“Ad Manager Connector”), along with related documentation and website pages on connector.simplemetrics.xyz (collectively, the “Services”).

Using the Services

You must comply with all applicable laws and with Google’s terms for Google Workspace and Google Ad Manager.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and use the data you connect to the Services.
You must not misuse the Services (for example, interfere with operation, attempt to bypass limits, probe for vulnerabilities, or use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities).

Accounts, access, and licenses

The add-on runs within your Google account. Some features require a paid plan (monthly subscription or lifetime license). We may enforce usage limits and require a paid plan to continue using certain features.

Payments, billing, and refunds

Billing: paid plans are processed via Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
Monthly subscription: you can request cancellation by emailing support@simplemetrics.xyz from the same email you used at checkout.
Lifetime license: a one-time payment that unlocks the lifetime plan.
Refunds: if you believe you were charged in error or want to request a refund, email support@simplemetrics.xyz with your purchase email. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, branding, and design. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services except as allowed by these Terms.

You retain your rights to your spreadsheets and data.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data when you use the Services.

Changes, availability, and termination

We may update or change the Services over time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if needed (for example, to protect the Services, enforce these Terms, or comply with law).

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Metrics Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
